1. Who we are
Cryptoserver operates cryptoserver.tech and provides VPS and dedicated server hosting. This policy describes the information we process through our website, client area, billing, and support channels.
For questions about personal information, email [email protected].
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, password hash, email confirmation records, and session information. We store passwords as hashes.
- Orders and services: selected plans, server configurations and locations, service records, prices in USD, and billing history.
- Cryptocurrency payments: invoice identifiers, currencies, payment addresses, amounts, payment status, and relevant transaction references. Blockchain transactions may be publicly visible independently of our website.
- Messages: your name, email address, subject, message, and privacy consent when you use our contact form; ticket conversations and information you provide to support.
- Technical information: IP addresses and request timestamps used for security and abuse prevention, along with essential session cookies and operational records needed to run the service.
We accept cryptocurrency payments through SHKeeper. We do not accept payment cards or collect card details. Our registration process does not require identity documents.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, confirm email addresses, provide hosting, manage orders and payments, deliver service messages, and respond to inquiries. We also use information to prevent fraud and abuse, investigate technical issues, and meet applicable obligations.
Submitting the contact form records your agreement to this policy and allows our team to respond to your message.
4. Service providers and access
We use Resend to deliver emails. Email addresses and the content required for delivery are processed through that service. Our SHKeeper installation handles cryptocurrency invoices and payment updates. Infrastructure providers process information necessary to operate the website and hosting services.
Authorized team members may access information needed to provide services, manage payments, and resolve support requests. We may disclose information when required by applicable obligations or when necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or abuse. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain sign-in sessions and protect account access. We do not use analytics tools or advertising trackers. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using the client area.
6. How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, handle inquiries, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. The necessary period depends on the type of information and its purpose.
Account closure or a deletion request does not necessarily remove records that we must retain for those purposes. Public blockchain records are outside our control and cannot be deleted by us.
7. Keeping information secure
We use measures including hashed passwords, access restrictions, and protected account sessions to help safeguard information. Access is limited according to operational needs. No online service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your requests
You can contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, or request deletion. We assess requests according to applicable requirements and may need to verify that the request relates to your account. Some billing, security, and service records may need to be retained.
Send privacy requests to [email protected]. Please do not include passwords or private keys in your message.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The latest version is published on this page with its update date.
